It is the process by which molted polypropylene is forced to enter into a closed mold which gives shape or forms the object to be produced. Pressure is kept constant while the piece is cooled down until it completely solidifies, and it is finally extracted from the mold.

During the injection molding process, there are several aspects which affect the final features of the piece, such as: machine conditions, features of the mold, the resin's properties and the part's design; all of them should be carefully defined in order to obtain parts with the required quality. This process allows us to obtain parts with intricate designs and diverse details.

Parts which are molded by means of injection processes can be used in many applications: house ware, tables, furniture, toys, food containers, bottles, caps, industrial parts, and electrical parts.
