The quality of our products is an essential element in order to guarantee their excellent performance during the transformation processes they will be submitted to, and to satisfy our customer's requirements.

To ensure the final compliance of our products, they are submitted to several tests performed in the quality control laboratory in each stage of the polypropylene production process: production, homogenization and packaging; which are included in the "Polypropylene Analysis Quality Plan." In addition, such tests vary depending on the kind of resin that is produced: homopolymer, random copolymer and impact copolymer.

The quality control lab is equipped with various sate-of-the-art equipment (shown in the table attached) which in addition to being used for assessing resins during its production stage, they also provide technical support to customers. Special additional tests that lead us to the development of products or applications are performed in external labs which support technical services offered by PROPILVEN , S.A.
