Recovery of the Library Marcos Tulio Ramírez

With an investment in the order of 168.450,48 Bs. Propilven recovered the library of San José parish. In the Sabaneta de Palmas comunity, which was abandoned and now benefits more than 2 thousand people in county of Miranda
